EmpowerED Outreach offers Empowerment Coaching, which is not therapy.
Therapy services are provided at no cost through partnered, licensed clinicians (including Dallas Therapeutics) when referred. Coaching sessions are separate and paid per session.
This form helps us ensure you are matched to the appropriate support.
