Adult Field Day is a high-energy community wellness event created to promote teamwork, movement, connection, and empowerment through friendly competition, outdoor activities, hydration stations, food vendors, prizes, and interactive experiences.
This free public event brings together businesses, families, and community partners for a day of laughter, healthy competition, and community engagement — all while supporting healing and empowerment across our region.
